man i have to agree with the other deviants that called this creepy.
if i were to happen upon this on a walk or something, i'd trip out thinking
i had somehow found myself in a blair witch situation.
wait. ok. now i'm beginning to discern,...uhm,...christmas lights?????
what kinda freaky christmas decoration is this???
something the adams family might have!

Thanks very much - there is a whole series of them in a small pocket park near a bus stop. It's in a fairly urban area and so unexpected.
